Job Summary
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for property and casualty insurance products, setting annual targets and adjusting approaches to exceed goals. Lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams while establishing robust pipeline management systems and performance metrics. Identify new business opportunities within the client base and drive estate planning revenue growth through cross-selling financial services. Ensure all sales activities comply with applicable insurance regulations and company policies by collaborating with legal and risk teams. Manage talent functions including employment, performance evaluations, staff development, and succession planning. Represent the bank at industry conferences and networking events to maintain client relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent)
- 8+ Years
- Strong leadership and client relationship skills
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven leadership experience and the ability to manage a team effectively
- In-depth knowledge of financial markets and investment strategies
- Proficiency in portfolio management and asset allocation
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients
- Uses independent judgement and discretion to make decisions
- Analyzes and resolves problems pertaining to escalation issues
- Demonstrates a strong ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders by communicating clearly, engaging in proactive collaboration, and leveraging cross functional insights
- Aligns relationship building efforts with enterprise goals to accelerate performance and drive strategic results
