Job Summary
Lead APAC Commercial Learning & Development strategy and execution, customize global content for ANZ, partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to translate business strategy into field-ready capability solutions, and drive sales capability and performance. Manage and optimize learning technology platforms (LMS, CRM) to track, manage, and report training impact; coach and develop regional L&D managers and trainers; develop regional L&D plans and budgets; ensure aligned, high-quality training delivery across APAC markets and strong stakeholder engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or related field; Master’s preferred
