Job Summary
Sr. Manager, Commercial Capabilities at DePuy Synthes leads the design and execution of finance‐owned commercial capability frameworks, embedding pricing discipline, margin management, and value realization into regional and global commercial decision-making. Partners with Finance, Tax, Commercial, and Strategy teams to translate financial and tax requirements into scalable tools, operating models, and governance routines; builds standardized metrics and dashboards; supports cross‐functional transformation and separation readiness; leads and develops team resources while ensuring alignment with Credo, internal controls, tax regulations, and compliance standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
- MBA, Master’s in Finance, Accounting, or Tax preferred
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in finance, commercial finance, pricing, tax, or related roles
- Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills
- Experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or highly regulated industries (preferred)
- Experience partnering with senior leaders across Finance, Tax, and Commercial functions
- Travel up to ~20% international
