Job Summary
Sr. Manager, Commercial Capabilities drives finance-led commercial capabilities, pricing governance, and value realization across global and regional markets; partners with Finance, Tax, Commercial, and Strategy to translate financial/tax requirements into scalable processes, tools, and operating models; leads development of capabilities such as pricing governance, margin management, and tax-aware commercial structures; establishes standardized metrics, dashboards, and governance routines to monitor performance and compliance; supports business transformation and separation readiness; leads and develops team members within a Credo-compliant framework.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
- MBA, Master’s in Finance, Accounting, or Tax preferred
