Job Summary
Sr. Manager, Commercial Capabilities leads the design and deployment of finance-led commercial capability frameworks across global markets, partnering with Finance, Tax, Commercial, and Strategy teams to embed pricing discipline, margin management, and value realization into decision-making. The role focuses on governance, standard metrics, and tools that support cross-functional initiatives, business transformation, and separation-readiness while ensuring alignment with enterprise governance, tax regulations, and internal controls. Key areas include pricing governance, margin management, investment effectiveness, and tax-aware structures, with responsibility for developing scalable frameworks, operating models, dashboards, and performance-monitoring routines, and for leading a matrixed team through organizational change. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred), 8–10 years in finance/commercial finance roles, and strong communication/influencing capabilities; experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or highly regulated industries is a plus. The position is based in Leeds (UK), Diegem (Belgium), or Zuchwil (Switzerland) with consideration for multiple country postings and a single candidate submission.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
- MBA, Master’s in Finance, Accounting, or Tax preferred
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in finance, commercial finance, pricing, tax, or related fields
- Experience in a Finance-led commercial or pricing governance model
- Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills
- Experience in regulated industries (medical devices/pharma) preferred
