Job Summary
Sr. Manager, Commercial Capabilities responsible for building finance-led commercial capabilities that strengthen how commercial decisions are enabled, governed, and executed. Leads development and execution of frameworks across pricing governance, margin management, commercial investment effectiveness, and tax-aware structures; partners with Finance, Tax, Commercial, and Strategy to embed financial rigor and value realization into decision-making; translates financial and tax requirements into practical tools and operating models for regional and market execution; establishes standardized metrics, dashboards, and governance routines to monitor performance and compliance; leads cross-functional initiatives related to transformation and separation; develops team resources and ensures alignment with Credo, internal controls, and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
- MBA, Master’s in Finance, Accounting, or Tax preferred
- Typically requires 8–10 years of progressive experience in finance, commercial finance, pricing, tax, commercial strategy, or commercial operations
- Experience in a Finance-led commercial or pricing governance model in a complex, matrixed organization
- Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills; ability to drive alignment without direct authority
- Experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or other highly regulated industries (preferred)
- Exposure to global pricing, transfer pricing, or tax-sensitive commercial models (preferred)
- Experience supporting business separations, transformations, or operating model redesigns (preferred)
- Familiarity with financial planning systems, pricing tools, and performance management platforms (preferred)
- Prior people leadership or matrix leadership experience (preferred)
- Language: Fluent English; additional European languages preferred
- Travel up to ~20% international travel may be required
- Certifications (preferred): CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or similar finance/tax certification
