Job Summary
Senior leadership role within the Finance & Tax organization responsible for strengthening how commercial decisions are enabled, governed, and executed across DePuy Synthes. Lead development and execution of finance-owned commercial capability frameworks; partner with Finance, Tax, Commercial, and Strategy to embed financial rigor, pricing discipline, and value realization into decision-making. Design and implement capabilities across pricing governance, margin management, investment effectiveness, and tax-aware commercial structures. Translate financial and tax requirements into practical tools and operating models for regional and market execution. Establish standardized metrics, dashboards, and governance routines to monitor performance and compliance. Support cross-functional initiatives related to business transformation, operating model changes, and separation readiness. Lead and develop team members in a matrixed environment, ensuring alignment with Credo, internal controls, tax regulations, and financial compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field. MBA, Master’s in Finance, Accounting, or Tax preferred.
