Job Summary
Lead and develop cloud infrastructure and platform engineering teams focused on private cloud and Kubernetes; drive platform strategy, reliability, automation, and AI-enabled observability; champion GitOps and scalable, enterprise-grade infrastructure; collaborate with security, networking, and product teams to deliver resilient, secure platform capabilities at scale; empower developers and accelerate innovation through automation and data-informed engineering practices.
Required Qualifications
- Over 10 years of experience in infrastructure, cloud, or platform engineering
- Over 5 years of experience managing engineering teams and championing technical talent
- Experience managing large-scale private cloud or cloud-native infrastructure environments
- Strong experience with Kubernetes platform engineering and distributed systems
- Experience working with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform, Ansible, Helm, or comparable technologies
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, Linux systems, networking, storage, and observability platforms
- Experience developing automation frameworks and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical programs and operational initiatives
- Preferred qualifications include building internal developer platforms or self-service infrastructure ecosystems
- Experience applying AI or machine learning technologies to engineering operations or developer productivity
- Familiarity with hybrid cloud, GPU infrastructure, or high-performance computing environments
- Experience leading globally distributed engineering teams
- Knowledge of FinOps, capacity planning, or infrastructure optimization practices
- Contributions to open-source cloud-native technologies or Kubernetes ecosystem projects
- Leadership in creating scalable, reliable, and automated cloud platforms
