Job Summary
Senior Manager of Client Services Projects in the Clinical Trials Division leading project management teams responsible for delivering clinical supplies to patients. You will drive strategic leadership, implement innovative solutions, and develop strong client partnerships while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance in a GMP environment. The role involves collaborating with pharmaceutical and biotech customers to optimize clinical trial supply chains, guiding continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring seamless delivery of trials across a global network. Travel up to 25% (including international) and manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communications to enable life-changing therapies to reach patients.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience in clinical trial project management or related pharmaceutical/biotech industry OR Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in clinical trial project management or related field
- 5+ years of people management experience
- Strong knowledge of GMP environment and clinical trial regulations
- Proven success in leading complex clinical supply chain projects
- Excellence in client relationship management and strategic partnership building
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
- Strong communication and presentation abilities across all organizational levels
- Proficiency in project management tools and systems (e.g., Microsoft Project, Salesforce)
- Ability to travel up to 25% including international travel
- Fluency in English; additional language skills advantageous
