Job Summary

Lead and execute end-to-end change management and training programs for ERP and Supply Chain & Operations system implementations. Develop and drive organizational readiness assessments, change impact analyses, stakeholder engagement frameworks, and business adoption strategies. Design and deliver curriculum and trainings, track training effectiveness, and partner with global Supply Chain experts to standardize processes, tools, and templates. Manage communications, governance, cutover planning, and risk mitigation within a matrixed, multi-ERP environment, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while aligning with program milestones. Shape change governance, partner with process owners, and leverage established methodologies (Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter) to maximize adoption and business value. Maintain strong stakeholder relationships, oversee external vendors/consultants, and advocate for continuous improvement in digital adoption and operating model changes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, Organizational Change, or related field)
  • 5 years of progressive experience in change management, training, or transformation roles
  • 5 years of progressive leadership experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or large transformation programs
  • 3 years of organizational change management, communications, training, or business adoption leadership within a large transformation program or business unit
  • Proficiency in change management frameworks (Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter 8-step, or equivalent)
  • Experience with ERP, planning, logistics, or supply chain platforms
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills; ability to influence and collaborate
  • People management and development experience
  • Knowledge of deploying standardized work processes, tools, and templates
  • ERP expertise and experience in complex, multi-ERP environments
  • Experience managing external vendors and consulting partners
  • Preferred: Certifications (PMP, APICS, Lean/Six Sigma etc.) and Prosci certification
  • Fluency in English; additional languages preferred
  • Willingness to travel up to 20-30%
