Job Summary
Sr. Manager, Change Management & Training leads end-to-end change management and training programs for ERP/supply-chain system implementations within DePuy Synthes/J&J global operations. Responsible for business adoption, organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training across multiple sites and countries. Partners with PMO and process owners to design and execute change impact mitigations, readiness assessments, and cutover plans, while delivering curriculum and trainings, tracking effectiveness, and ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery. Requires global leadership experience in change management for enterprise systems, strong familiarity with ERP ecosystems, and the ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders across People, Process, and Technology to drive sustainable change. Demonstrated program delivery across complex, multi-ERP environments with external vendor/partner management; ProSci/ADKAR or Kotter framework proficiency; and preferred certifications in project or process excellence. Travel up to 20–30% may be required; English required with additional languages a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, Organizational Change, or related field)
- Master’s degree (MBA, Organizational Development, Change Management, or similar) preferred
- 5 years of progressive experience in change management, training, or transformation roles supporting enterprise initiatives
- Proven experience leading global change and training efforts for enterprise systems (ERP, planning, logistics, or supply chain platforms)
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and organizational readiness practices
- 5 years of progressive leadership experience within Operations, Supply Chain, or large transformation programs
- 3 years of organizational change management, communications, training, or business adoption leadership within a large transformation program or business unit
- Proficiency in change management frameworks (Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter 8-step, or equivalent)
- Experience with Medical Devices Supply Chain
- Hands-on project delivery experience
- Experience designing, developing, implementing, and leading operational technological processes within a global organization
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills; ability to influence/collaborate
- People management and development experience
- Ability to lead cross-functional decision-making bodies
- Knowledge of standardized work processes, tools, and templates
- ERP expertise; experience in complex, multi-ERP environments
- Experience managing external vendors and consulting partners
- Preferred certifications (PMP, APICS, Lean/Six Sigma, etc.) or equivalent
- Travel up to ~20–30%
- English required; other languages preferred
- Prosci, Lean Six Sigma, ACMP, PMP, or comparable change/training certifications are preferred
- Experience in regulated or matrixed organizations
- Familiarity with learning technologies and blended learning models
