Job Summary

Sr. Manager, Change Management & Training role within DePuy Synthes/Johnson & Johnson. Leads end-to-end change management for ERP and Supply Chain system implementations, including organizational readiness assessments, change impact analyses, stakeholder engagement frameworks, communications, training design and delivery, and cutover readiness. Partners with process leads, business owners, and SMEs to address People, Process, and Technology changes; ensures program governance, resource alignment, and timely delivery within a global matrix environment. Requires deep expertise in change management frameworks (Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter), ERP and enterprise systems experience, cross-functional collaboration, and strong stakeholder-management and training leadership across regions. Travel up to ~20–30% may be required; role spans multiple country postings and may be posted under different requisitions to comply with local requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, Organizational Change, or related field)
  • 5 years of progressive experience in change management, training, or transformation roles supporting enterprise initiatives
  • Proven experience leading global change and training efforts for enterprise systems (ERP, planning, logistics, or supply chain platforms)
  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and organizational readiness practices
  • 3 years of leadership experience within Operations, Supply Chain, or large transformation programs
  • 3 years in organizational change management, communications, training, or business adoption leadership within a large transformation program or business unit
  • Proficiency with change-management frameworks (Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter 8-step, or equivalent)
  • Experience with ERP and other SC&O/enterprise systems; familiarity with regulated environments (medical devices) preferred
  • Preferred certifications: PMP, APICS, Lean Six Sigma, ACMP, Lean Six Sigma, ProSci; additional languages beneficial
  • Willingness to travel up to 20-30%
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills; ability to influence and collaborate across senior stakeholders
  • Experience managing external vendors and consulting partners
  • Experience designing and delivering training curricula and assessing training effectiveness
  • Experience in global, multi-ERP/system environments
