Job Summary
Sr. Manager, Change Management & Training responsible for leading and implementing end-to-end change management plans for ERP and supply chain system implementations across a global organization. Develop organizational readiness assessments, change impact analyses, stakeholder engagement frameworks, and a comprehensive training curriculum. Partner with process leads, business owners, and SMEs to drive readiness, communication, and adoption across People, Process, and Technology. Manage a dispersed team, coordinate with external vendors/consultants, ensure on-time and within-budget delivery, and drive continuous improvement. Requires deep knowledge of medical devices supply chain, ERP systems, and global change management practices; experience in design and delivery of training, communications, and governance for large-scale transformations; certifications in related methodologies preferred (Prosci, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, etc.). English required; up to 20–30% travel; SPOTA/VEVRAA considerations noted in postings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, Organizational Change, or related field)
- Master’s degree preferred (MBA, Organizational Development, Change Management, or similar)
- 5 years of progressive experience in change management, training, or transformation roles
- Proven experience leading global change and training efforts for enterprise systems (ERP, planning, logistics, or supply chain)
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and organizational readiness practices
- 3 years of organizational change management, communications, training, or business adoption leadership within a large transformation program
- Proficiency in change management frameworks (Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter 8-step, or equivalent)
- Experience with Medical Devices Supply Chain
- ERP expertise
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing vendors/partners
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
- Travel up to ~20–30%
