Job Summary
Sr. Manager, Change Management & Training responsible for leading end-to-end change management plans for ERP and supply chain system implementations, driving organizational readiness and change impact analyses, designing stakeholder engagement, developing and delivering trainingcurricula, ensuring program governance alignment, and enabling successful migration to new platforms across a global organization. Partners with process leads, business owners, and SMEs to implement change mitigation, validates readiness and cutover plans, and measures training effectiveness to drive continuous improvement. Requires deep expertise in ERP/SC&O platforms, change-management methodologies (Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter), and the ability to operate in a global, matrixed environment with cross-functional leadership and external vendor management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, Organizational Change, or related field)
- 5 years of progressive experience in change management, training, or transformation roles
- Proven experience leading global change and training efforts for enterprise systems (ERP, planning, logistics, or supply chain platforms)
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and organizational readiness practices
- 5 years of progressive experience in leadership roles within Operations, Supply Chain, or large transformation programs
- 3 years of organizational change management, communications, training, or business adoption leadership within a large transformation program or business unit
- Proficiency in change management frameworks (Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter 8-step, or equivalent)
- Experience with ERP and complex global digital transformations
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- People management and development experience
- Experience managing external vendors and consulting partners
- English required; additional languages preferred
- Up to ~20–30% travel
