Job Summary

Senior Manager, Ceremonies Operations leads planning and delivery of the LA28 Olympic/Paralympic Opening and Closing Ceremonies. Responsible for day-to-day operational execution across Ceremonies workstreams, owning the integrated master schedule, aligning Creative, Production, and Integration teams, identifying risks and ensuring readiness across rehearsals and delivery milestones. Acts as the central coordinator across Ceremonies teams and stakeholders, collaborating with Finance, Legal, Procurement, Communications, and Venue Operations, and maintaining governance, reporting, and RADIO tracking. Requires strong program management discipline, experience in large-scale events, and a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience); onsite in Los Angeles; salary range $105,000–$140,000.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in large-scale event operations, program management, or complex project delivery
  • Experience in matrixed, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Experience managing integrated schedules, budgets, and cross-functional dependencies
  • Familiarity with live-event production, broadcast, or major international events (preferred)
  • Strong program management, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans
  • Ability to identify risks and implement proactive solutions
  • Willingness to work onsite in Los Angeles
