Job Summary

Sr. Manager, Card Portfolio Strategy & Product (PaymentsEdge) leads a team to grow activation, usage, and retention across credit and debit card programs. Owns strategy for card portfolio growth, defines KPIs and success metrics, and drives end-to-end lifecycle initiatives from acquisition to engagement. Translates portfolio data and insights into scalable product and commercial offerings, overseeing growth and retention programs (marketing and advisory campaigns), benchmarking against top issuers, and partnering with clients as a senior advisor on portfolio optimization and opportunities. Collaborates across product, sales, and client teams to commercialize offerings, ensure analytics and reporting tie to client outcomes, and builds scalable team capabilities and processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience leading teams in product, portfolio management, or commercial strategy environments
  • Strong background in card portfolio management (credit and/or debit)
  • Commercial product or GTM experience - ability to translate insights into scalable, revenue-generating offerings
  • Proven ability to drive portfolio performance through data, analytics, and targeted programs
  • Experience working with or benchmarking against leading card issuers
  • Strong stakeholder leadership skills, with the ability to influence internally and externally
  • Ability to operate across product, analytics, and client-facing environments
