Job Summary
The Sr Manager, Business Systems Analyst will lead projects and serve as a subject matter expert in Oracle Financials, specifically in the Purchase to Pay process. Responsibilities include collaborating with the Finance group to understand business goals, documenting requirements, and translating them for IT development. The role requires evaluating information from multiple sources, defining concepts, and enhancing business processes based on new software features. Additional skills needed are effective communication, problem-solving, and relationship management. This position requires a strong understanding of business processes and enterprise applications.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years IT business or systems analysis experience
- BS/BA in Business Admin, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent qualifications
- Configuring Oracle Release 12 Finance for defined business processes
- Ability to use rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems
- Ability to identify strategic and tactical changes for technology leveraging
