Job Summary
Senior-level operations lead for Pfizer’s Vaccines Sales, providing broad operational support to the Vaccines business unit. Will proactively identify solutions to streamline processes, lead operational projects/workstreams for US Vaccines Sales (including launch brand field force execution, training, incentive compensation, deployment planning), act as a cross-functional partner across Commercial Effectiveness, Strategy, Digital, Legal, Compliance, and Customer Service, facilitate field insight groups, ensure timely resolution of operational requests, and manage cross-functional meeting planning in collaboration with enablement leads and brand teams. Must have a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in pharma/biotech/medical marketing or sales, strong cross-functional collaboration, exceptional communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office/Teams; knowledge of Veeva, PRIME, and PROMPT is preferred. Relocation assistance may be available; U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available for this role. The role can be located in US Remote or US HQ, with salary range $124,400 to $207,400 plus bonus and benefits.
Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech/medical marketing or sales experience
