Job Summary
Lead BI teams on designing advanced analytics models, reports, and presentations to guide strategic decision-making for internal stakeholders. Oversee insights by delivering clear, data-driven analysis on key metrics and building partnerships with cross-regional leaders to translate trends into actionable guidance. Proactively identify growth opportunities, operational risks, and emerging product trends to influence roadmaps and strategic priorities. Develop scalable data assets and implement BI solutions that enhance operational efficiency and improve visibility for stakeholders. This role requires 15+ years of analytics experience, 8-10 years leading BI teams, and expertise in predictive analytics, SQL, Python, and tools like Tableau or Power BI. Located in Los Angeles, this Senior Manager position offers a base salary range of $137,300–$251,800 USD.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, etc.) or equivalent experience
- 15+ years of analytics experience supporting Go To Market, Product, Engineering, Corporate or Business Analytics teams
- Must have experience with Microsoft Excel (expert level) and ability to create compelling PPT presentations
- 8-10 years leading and managing BI teams
- 8+ years' experience in one or more programming languages, such as SAS/SQL/R/Python
- Excellent critical thinking skills and proven track record with presenting quantitative information to stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- Experience with business intelligence (BI) tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, Looker, etc.)
- Experience integrating data across disparate sources and platforms
- Demonstrated expertise in predictive and advanced analytics, including hands‐on experience developing statistical models and applying data science techniques to derive actionable insights that support data‐driven decision‐making
- Able to successfully handle multiple competing priorities
- Innovative, and outcomes obsessed
- Ability to present clearly and concisely to a diverse group of business and clinical stakeholders
- Ability to work in rapidly growing environment, with excellent attention to detail, multitasking and organizational skills
- Ability to build consensus across cross-functional and across geographic teams

- Ability to convey technical topics to non-technical audiences

Desired Qualifications
- Masters degree preferred
- Experience with Analytics engineering tools like dbt preferred
- Experience with Data Warehouse and ETL frameworks (Snowflake, Boomi, SSIS, Informatica, etc.) a plus
