Job Summary
Sr. Manager, Business Finance responsible for financial leadership and controllership for O&P EAMEI Polymer Businesses and Joint Ventures, directing finance operations, forecast accuracy, and performance analysis; leading cross-functional collaboration with HR, manufacturing, and corporate finance; delivering insights to leadership; driving cash improvement, working capital optimization, and investment analytics; building and developing a high-performing team with cross-functional talent development; requires a Bachelor's degree (MBA/CPA preferred), 10+ years of experience, and SAP proficiency; role located in Rotterdam with a two-day-per-week remote option under LYB’s Global Remote Work Policy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Engineering with adequate finance experience
- 10+ years of relevant finance experience and 2+ years of management + team leadership experience in a multi-entity, complex global environment
- Direct experience managing a segment, business, or company level budget and forecasting process
- Strong financial modeling skills
- Experience with SAP and reporting systems
- Fluency in the English language
