Job Summary
Sr. Manager, Business Development & Project Management responsible for developing and executing a cohesive strategic plan across multiple lines of business, driving cross-functional strategic integrations, distribution and partnership strategies, content licensing and acquisition efforts, monetization opportunities, market/competitive analysis, and informing product/innovation roadmaps. Role emphasizes identifying growth opportunities, negotiating commercial agreements, and building an integrated customer experience across Disney LATAM, with a focus on partnerships, bundling, and leveraging AI-driven trends to expand reach and revenue. Requires 8–10+ years in relevant roles, a Bachelor’s degree (MBA a plus), and strong stakeholder management, analytical, and leadership skills.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10+ years of experience in Business Development, Strategy, Consulting, or similar roles
- Strong track record in growth initiatives in media/entertainment/digital platforms
- Experience in partnership development and deal structuring, including negotiation of distribution, bundling, licensing agreements
- Advanced level of English
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or related fields; MBA or equivalent is a plus
