Job Summary
Senior Manager - Business Development in Indonesia responsible for identifying and pursuing new opportunities across divisions, building a robust pipeline, and managing government relationships including ministries and public healthcare institutions. Collaborates cross-functionally to develop integrated solutions, drives demand generation and market expansion, negotiates and closes opportunities through the sales cycle (quotation, tender, PO), and shapes national-level programs and initiatives to position Thermo Fisher as a strategic partner in Indonesia’s healthcare and scientific ecosystem. Key focus areas include cross-divisional coordination, government stakeholder engagement, and development of bundled offerings to accelerate growth across analytical/lab instruments, specialty diagnostics, life sciences, and biopharma.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
- Experience: Minimum 8 years in life sciences, analytical instruments, or related industry; proven track record in business development, government engagement, and pipeline generation; experience in managing or supporting public sector tenders or national-level projects preferred
