Job Summary
Sr. Manager, Business Development & Marketing responsible for shaping the strategy and execution of winning pitches, proposals, RFP responses, and presentations. Leads and coordinates across cross-functional teams (leadership, operations, research, marketing, graphic design, communications, and technology) to ensure resources, deadlines, and quality control are in place. Maintains and augments a library of pitches, case studies, and collateral; analyzes industry trends and competitive activity; conducts due diligence and data analytics to inform new business pursuits; tracks performance metrics (win rate, trends, insights) and identifies opportunities to improve pitches. Demonstrates strong leadership and collaboration skills, with proven ability to drive technology adoption and scalable processes in a fast-paced, real estate and investment-management context. Location: On-site in New York, NY. This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- B.A. or B.S. and/or higher degree
- minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience
- High level of energy, creativity and orientation towards value-add results
- Strong graphic design and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a matrixed environment
- Visa status: authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
