Sr. Manager, Business Development, Firehouse Subs, Canada

Sr. Manager, Business Development, Canada & US Central leads franchising efforts from initial contact to qualification and close for Firehouse Subs within the RBI family. The role is based in Toronto with a 5-day in-office schedule. Responsibilities include meeting and exceeding new-restaurant growth targets with franchisees in the designated territory, identifying franchisee candidates via sales activities (phone, networking, referrals, social media, road shows, and lead-generation partners), building relationships and educating candidates on the Firehouse Subs franchise model and disclosure documents, aligning with cross-functional teams on market planning, facilitating introductions for deal approvals, maintaining accurate CRM records, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws. The candidate should possess a business/finance degree and 5+ years of sales experience in the franchise space, strong financial analysis and modeling skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and willingness to travel about 25%. The position offers a base salary range CAD 120,000– CAD 150,000 with potential bonuses/equity, and is eligible for benefits; RBI is an equal opportunity employer.
