Job Summary
Sr. Manager, Business Intelligence leads enterprise BI capabilities within Omnicell’s IT organization. Drives scalable reporting, dashboards, and analytics across Finance, Commercial, Operations, Service, and Corporate functions; partners with IT and business leaders to standardize KPIs, modernize reporting platforms, and deliver measurable business outcomes. Defines and executes BI roadmap, establishes governance and data quality controls, leads dashboard and self-service analytics delivery using Power BI/Tableau, oversees report lifecycle, builds a high-performing BI team, enhances adoption and analytics maturity, and explores AI-assisted analytics and automation to increase impact. Locations include Pittsburgh, Milpitas, Dallas, and Cranberry Township with hybrid in-office schedules.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in BI, analytics or data warehousing
- 3+ years in leadership role(s)
- Expertise in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and SQL/data modeling
- Experience delivering enterprise reporting solutions in complex environments
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience working with enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, Finance, Supply Chain)
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI), Microsoft stack, SQL, and front-end frameworks (React)
