Job Summary
Manage regional rural bank relationships by meeting bank leadership to gauge support and building rapport with sales teams. Execute partner contests and drive profitable product mixes while tracking manpower goals, FLS activation, and productivity levels. Support daily business management as a SPOC, handling meetings and presentations, and integrate partner systems with company infrastructure. Analyze support gaps, manage MIS for internal teams and banks, and drive higher branch activation through HO initiatives. Ensure efficient cost management and quality improvement for persistency. Requires 8–10 years in life insurance with 5 years in bancassurance, plus strong regulatory knowledge and decision-making capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Any Graduate or Postgraduate
- 8 - 10 years with Life Insurance Industry
- 5 Yrs in Bancassurance Experience
- Able to Handle Open architecture dynamic environment
- Self-driven & dynamic personality
- Strong result orientation
- Good interpersonal skills
- High level of team building capabilities
- An excellent knowledge of the Indian financial services market
