Job Summary
Area Operations leadership role overseeing the Service function for an area. Responsibilities include conceptualizing and implementing maintenance systems, reducing callbacks and annualized hours per unit, improving customer-company rapport, meeting business forecasts, manpower planning, enforcing safety at all levels, improving inventory control, conducting regular meetings with Area Managers and service staff, leading safety initiatives (toolbox talks, safety audits), generating monthly service activity reports, monitoring service metrics (conversion, recovery, AMC renewals), managing service and service sales teams, and ensuring strong customer management. The role is with Otis, a global elevator and escalator manufacturer and service provider, requiring leadership across sales, field, engineering, and major projects with emphasis on safety, quality, and ESG values.
Required Qualifications
- B.Tech / B.E. – Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics
- Should have overall relevant experience of 12 to 15 yrs.
