Sr. Manager, Application Engineering, WSS, Capital Solutions

Manage a team of Application Engineers supporting work in primarily North America, providing opportunity Go No Go support and reviewing opportunities for sufficient discovery. Manage the opportunity funnel and assignment to various Application Engineers while collaborating with other engineers and scientists to develop new technologies and solutions. Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste, and develop quality control procedures to ensure proposals meet industry standards. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and provide technical support to customers and colleagues. Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Review opportunities to assure they have the appropriate level of discovery and assignment of opportunities to various Application Engineers.
