Job Summary
Lead Application Development and Power Platform engineering teams in designing, developing, modernizing, and supporting enterprise business solutions across cloud transformation and automation initiatives. Establish and govern application architecture standards, enforce DevOps and security protocols, and drive adoption of AI-enabled development practices. Provide strategic leadership for solution roadmaps, manage vendor relationships, and oversee Power Platform lifecycle management while building high-performing engineering cultures. Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Security, and Product teams to align technology strategies with business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering or a related disciple
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, application development, platform engineering, or related technology disciplines
- 5+ years of experience managing software engineering, application development, or technical engineering teams
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, DevOps, CI/CD, release management, and modern software engineering practices
- Proficiency with cloud platforms, APIs, integration technologies, and modern software architectures
- Demonstrated expertise in solution architecture, engineering standards, and technical governance practices
- Proven ability to evaluate, implement, or lead AI-enabled software development, intelligent automation, developer productivity tools, and emerging AI technologies within an enterprise environment
- Completion of pre-employment screening including criminal background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle record review
Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree in computer science, engineering or a related disciple
- Background leading application modernization, digital transformation, or cloud migration initiatives
- Ability to manage vendors, consultants, and external delivery partners
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, .NET, Power Platform, Dataverse, and Copilot technologies
- Knowledge of event-driven, service-oriented, and API-first architectures
- Experience implementing enterprise AI governance, AI-enabled business solutions, AI agents, or agentic workflow capabilities
- Software engineering and application development best practices
- Enterprise application and solution architecture
- Cloud architecture and modernization (Azure)
- Power Platform architecture, governance, administration, and application lifecycle management (ALM)
- AI-enabled development, intelligent automation, AI-assisted engineering, and emerging AI technologies

- API, integration, service-oriented, and event-driven architecture patterns
- Agile delivery methodologies, product delivery, and engineering governance
