Job Summary
Lead HR and Finance application portfolios by designing, developing, and modernizing secure, scalable enterprise solutions on AWS, including Workday, custom apps, and integrations. Drive end-to-end delivery across Agile Scrum teams, enforcing DevSecOps, CI/CD, and clean architecture standards while managing technical debt and operational readiness. Partner with business stakeholders and enterprise leadership to translate needs into sustainable roadmaps, ensuring compliance, audit readiness, and continuous improvement in a regulated financial environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline
- 15+ years of software engineering and application development experience
- 5+ years managing high-performing engineering teams
- Experience leading enterprise application portfolios that include SaaS platforms, custom-developed applications, integrations, reporting, workflow automation, and Workday Human Resources and Finance platforms
- Proven success delivering large-scale, business-critical applications using modern software engineering practices, Agile/Scrum methodologies
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Workday quality assurance tools such as Kainos
