Job Summary
Senior Manager leads the Airport Commercial Contracts vertical within the Strategic Sourcing – Fleet and Operations organization, overseeing negotiations, contract amendments, and performance management for the airline’s airport services and ground handling partners. Responsible for financial analysis supporting contracting decisions, RFPs, staffing models, and executive communications; mentors and develops junior team members; interacts with senior leadership and external suppliers; travels within the network as needed and contributes to budget processes and industry engagements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, mathematics, statistics or a related field
- 7+ years of experience performing contracts, finance or airport services functions
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity leading cross-functional teams in a corporate environment
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience evaluating, executing, and managing contracts with outside parties
- Understanding of airline operations and supplier ecosystem (Tech Ops, Ground Ops, Maintenance) strongly preferred
