Sr. Manager, Aircraft Maintenance

Job Summary
Design and implement action plans to reduce maintenance delays and cancellations while overseeing all maintenance, preventive maintenance, and alterations for company aircraft. Manage departmental work schedules, administer self-audits, and coordinate the ordering of aircraft parts to support out-of-service operations. Supervise assigned personnel, ensure adherence to safety policies, and verify that Airworthiness Release and "RII" duties are performed by certified AMTs. Monitor aircraft status, address AOG events promptly, and evaluate technical procedures for effectiveness. Document daily progress reports and maintain TRAX data for company maintenance operations.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 6 years' experience in maintenance of large transport category aircraft
- Minimum 5 years' managerial experience
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Airframe and Power Plant Certificate
- FAA Certificated Mechanic possessing Airframe and Powerplant ratings
- Flexibility to support irregular operations, AOG events, and maintenance escalations as needed
- Ability to lift and move up to 10 pounds
- Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds
