Job Summary
Lead and manage the Accounts Receivable team, overseeing end-to-end AR processes including billing, cash application, and dispute resolution; optimize use of Bill trust and integration with Coupa, Oracle Procurement Cloud, and SAP Ariba; drive process improvements and cross-functional collaboration to ensure accurate, timely billing and strong customer relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
- 8+ years’ experience with accounts receivable in medium to large organizations
- 5+ years’ experience in managing and leading teams in accounts receivable
- Experience with Bill trust and customer-side purchasing systems (e.g., Coupa, OBS, SAP Ariba)
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
