Job Summary
Collaborate with division chiefs, program managers, and subject matter experts to execute capability development programs and projects. Assist Government staff with project and program management activities, including creating, editing, and distributing documentation while complying with reporting requirements. Support organizational actions during COOP and emergency plan readiness exercises. Analyze CDRL items for contract compliance and participate in extensive program meetings ranging from system requirements reviews to prototype compliance reviews. Track division monthly reports, coordinate inputs, and edit administrative documents to meet AF correspondence standards. Manage SharePoint content, official file plans, and travel reservations, while creating graphic charts and process models using Microsoft Visio and Project.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years experience in management and operations support
- at least 5 years supporting DoD programs
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Additional years of experience may be substituted for degree requirements
- Able to apply knowledge of management functions, processes, and analytical methods or techniques to gather, analyze, and evaluate information required to support operations management programs
- Proficient with MS Office
- Knowledge of support activities that assist the program manager in assessing what programs are within schedule and cost baselines
- be able to recommend viable solutions to problems
- the pursuit of alternative courses of action
- Must be a US citizen
- hold a current Top Secret clearance with SCI access (TS/SCI)
- Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. government security investigation
- must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
