Job Summary
Sr. Maintenance Technician on the night shift responsible for troubleshooting and repairing electrical/electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems; read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, blueprints, service manuals, and work orders; perform preventative maintenance and inspections; update the maintenance tracking system; address safety concerns and communicate issues to group leads/maintenance manager; ensure machine productivity and quality after repairs, changeovers, and downtime; operate using drives and PLCs; perform welding (MIG/arc) as needed; support equipment repair and complex troubleshooting to keep production running at optimal levels.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School diploma or GED
- mechanical apprenticeship and/or vocational school/technology certificate in mechanic
- Five (5) years of mechanical technical hands-on experience
- Ability to read and use schematics, gauges, tools and instruments
- Must have experience in welding with MIG and/or arc welder
- Must have sound knowledge and experience in Industrial Maintenance environment with repair and troubleshooting machine issues and breakdowns
