Job Summary
Senior Electrical Maintenance Technician responsibilities include installing, repairing, calibrating plant electrical and instrumentation systems, reading schematics, calibrating controllers/flow meters/pressure/level sensors and VFDs, troubleshooting process control equipment (furnace/boiler), supporting ISO/QMS EFfCI RCMS standards, participating in training, and maintaining safety interlocks in a 24-hour plant environment. Strong communication with maintenance, operations, engineering, and leadership; able to document work orders and use computer systems. Requires HS diploma/GED and relevant electrical/instrumentation experience; willingness to overtime/callout.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year site-specific electrical experience, OR Four years construction or maintenance-related experience, including: At least 1 year of industrial electrical maintenance experience, AND At least 1 year of industrial instrumentation experience (controllers; flow meter, pressure, level calibration; and VFDs)
