Job Summary
Conduct senior-level planned maintenance and execute medium scope technical projects, providing support in production, operations, safety, and testing. Perform testing and troubleshooting on electronic or mechanical components, evaluate equipment improvements, and analyze automation design reliability issues. Serve as Lead Technical Resource for developing PM Procedures and training Machine Operators and Line Fabricators on Autonomous Maintenance activities. Troubleshoot difficult, infrequent equipment problems, prepare technical reports, and develop training materials and reference manuals. Manage small-medium CAPEX projects and provide engineering project management execution support, interpreting procedures to determine the best approach under limited supervision.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in a related area of responsibility
- Technical certification or associate degree
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds
- Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time
