Sr. Maintenance Supervisor for stamping leading transformation within Ford’s Manufacturing team. Responsible for directing a world-class, state-of-the-art stamping maintenance operation to drive culture, performance, and the quality and efficiency of plant equipment and processes. Focused on leadership, shaping culture, and directly impacting operational efficiency and product quality in stamping processes across plants. Emphasizes safety, continuous improvement, and delivering reliable maintenance to support the production of vehicles and related systems.
Required Qualifications
