Sr. Maintenance Mechanic

Maintains production machinery and mechanical equipment, repairs equipment such as pneumatic tools, conveyors, pumps, and other electro-mechanical production machines, and provides guidance to other team members. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, dismantling and replacing defective parts, inspecting parts for wear, operating basic metalworking tools (lathe, drill press, grinder), and occasionally drafting layouts/specifications. A plus: ability to set up basic tool room equipment and organize/prioritize work for others. Requires 5+ years of experience in equipment maintenance and an Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance (preferred but not required). Must have valid driver’s license and pass background checks and drug screening; US Person status required. Salary range generally $50,600.00–$67,500.00 with factors such as location, education, experience, certifications, and skills influencing final offers.
