Job Summary
Oversee maintenance activities across multiple teams and locations, including complex repairs for welding, electrical, refrigeration, and HVAC systems. Lead strategic planning, budget development, and preventive maintenance programs while managing the CMMS system to maintain equipment uptime. Train technicians, coordinate external resources, and conduct root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement and safety compliance. Available for on-call troubleshooting and plant-wide emergency response. Requires proficiency with CAD drawings, PLCs, and BAS controls.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 5–7 years of related technical leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Associate degree with at least 7 years of management experience
- Proficient with CMMS and computer programs, including Microsoft Office suite
- Successful experience with PLCs and BAS controls
- Detail oriented, with the ability to delegate and prioritize
- Experience with mechanical, electrical, HVAC, pneumatic, and boiler systems
- Experience with material handling
- Technical expert in all maintenance functions, including machine repair, piping, and machine rigging
- Mechanical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Administer Lockout-Tagout, Confined Space, Hot-Work Procedures, PPE, and other safety-related policies
- A post-offer background check and drug screen is required
