Job Summary
Support, maintain, and enhance applications using Mainframe technologies including COBOL, JCL, DB2, and CICS. Manage build and deployment processes while performing application support duties on a rotational on-call basis. Execute tasks using tools such as Control-M, CA7, CHGMAN, Endevor, and SQL SPUFI within ITIL-based Service Support processes. Leverage strong problem-solving skills and Agile/SDLC experience to deliver digital transformation solutions for clients worldwide.
Required Qualifications
- at least 7 years of IT experience
- 6 years of exposure to Mainframe technologies like COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, CICS, Control-M, and CA7 Scheduler
- Proficiency in Mainframe tools like Control-M, CA7, CHGMAN, Endevor, JOBTRAC, Service Now, and SQL SPUFI
- Expertise in Mainframe Maintenance and Application Support projects
- operating systems (OS/360)
- databases (DB2)
- strong technical and problem-solving skills
- experience with AGILE methodology
- SDLC
- ITIL-based Service Support processes
- excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
