Job Summary
Sr. Machine Repair Assembly Technician leads projects and allocates responsibilities to apprentices, machine repairman, and foremen; trains and develops apprentices, reads blueprints and design layouts, coordinates materials/labor/equipment, ensures safety, and communicates progress to supervisors/customers. Technical scope includes machine repair, piping and lube system repairs, rigging and load handling, precision measurements and quality control, rigging points selection, and proficiency with CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoDesk). Requires experience with rigging, welding (arc/STICK), pneumatic/hydraulic schematics, aerial lift operations, and differentiates tasks across heavy equipment, cranes, and related safety procedures. Location: Holly, MI, US; full-time role with in-person on-site work.

- Rigger 2 certified & qualified
- Confined space entrant
- Confined space attendant/supervisor
- NCCER/NCCCO
- CAD Software (SolidWorks, AutoDesk)
- Torch cutting
- Stick (arc) welding
- Aerial-lift Operation - Boom Lift
- Aerial-lift Operation - Scissor Lift
- Chauffeur LIC/Med DOT Physical
