Job Summary
Senior Medical Advisor/MSL in metabolism, based in China (Beijing or Shanghai). Provide medical and scientific input to cross-functional teams to support product development, lifecycle management, and regulatory/commercial activities. Responsibilities include advising on medical strategy, developing post-marketing research strategies, guiding Phase IV studies, designing and managing non-interventional studies, coordinating with Marketing, KOLs, and government bodies, preparing medical publications and communications, and ensuring medical accuracy and compliance across external materials. Deliver medical support for key marketing activities, contribute to treatment guideline development, and train the sales force to enhance medical capabilities. Clinical leadership may involve safety oversight, reviewing external communications for medical precision, and collaborating with safety monitors as appropriate._LANGUAGE: Fluent English preferred_
Required Qualifications
- Must-Have: Fluent in English (spoken and written) is preferred
- Primary Clinical trial knowledge
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office is preferred
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Proactive planning and results-oriented
- Customer focus
- Excellent teamwork/collaboration
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of clinical practice in Tier 3 hospitals is preferred
- Preferred experience as Medical Advisor or MSL in multinational pharmaceutical companies
