Job Summary
Senior M&T Instructor responsible for driving and managing maintenance and technical training programs for nuclear plant disciplines (Chemistry, Engineering, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Radiation Protection) across classroom, laboratory, OJT, and simulator environments; develops schedules, conducts examinations and evaluations, participates in outage and root-cause support, ensures training content aligns with INPO/NRC guidance and SAT principles, maintains auditable training records, and contributes to audits and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED with 5 years of nuclear technical background or 7 years of related (applicable discipline instruction) experience OR Associate's degree in technical discipline (e.g. chemistry, electrical, engineering, instrumentation, mathematics, mechanical, radiation protection), education or training with 3 years of nuclear technical background or 5 years of related (applicable discipline instruction) experience OR Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (e.g. chemistry, engineering, health physics, mathematics, physics), education or training with 3 years of related (applicable discipline instruction) experience
- 2 years of training or education experience

Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience delivering training in nuclear/industrial settings
- Knowledge of and experience with systematic approach to training (SAT)
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- Ability to develop and evaluate training programs and exams
- Familiarity with regulatory guidelines (INPO, NRC) and related reporting
