Sr. Logistics Operation Specialist- Bilingual (Korean/English)

Coordinate overall FTL transportation operations to ensure on-time service; develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers, customers, and logistics partners; negotiate freight rates while maximizing profitability and maintaining service quality; monitor shipments and resolve service issues, delays, claims, and operational challenges; collaborate with internal departments including operations, dispatch, customer service, and accounting; provide guidance and leadership to team members; assist with process improvement initiatives and special projects; support administrative tasks and reporting; proficient in MS Office; bilingual Korean/English preferred for communication with Korean-speaking clients and partners in the U.S. and Korea.
