Job Summary
Analyze large, complex historical datasets to refine maintenance labor assumptions, productivity benchmarks, and performance metrics. Incorporate automation and AI-enabled analytics to improve efficiency, while building cost-benefit and scenario models for facility planning and network optimization. Evaluate equipment domiciles and travel requirements to optimize service coverage tradeoffs, then facilitate strategic evaluations with data-backed comparisons. Identify solutions to improve labor productivity and asset performance through root cause analysis, leading collaborations to implement changes in reporting tools and operational systems. Train, mentor, and coach junior team members to support project goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Management, or related field, or foreign equivalent, or suitable combination of education, experience, and training with 5 years of experience in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Experience in data visualization software, statistics, operations research, linear programming, forecasting, predictive modeling, relational databases, SQL, and/or cloud-based analytics platforms
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting maintenance, reliability, or asset-intensive operations
- Exposure to automation, AI-assisted analytics, or advanced statistical methods
- Background in continuous improvement or operational analysis
