Sr Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate fridge installations, moves, removals, and redeployments across the country by managing day-of execution with client contacts and internal partners. Own the daily install and removal queue, plan cross-market asset movements, and monitor vendor capacity to keep projects on schedule. Maintain accurate Salesforce statuses, triage automated alerts, and surface blockers such as site readiness issues before they impact execution. Partner daily with Sales, Account Management, Fridge Operations, and third-party logistics providers to resolve conflicts and ensure inventory is positioned where needed. Document workflows and recommend process improvements to scale operations as the company grows.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, warehouse operations, project coordination, or a related field
- Experience coordinating work across multiple vendors, sites, or cross-functional stakeholders
- Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM, along with Google Workspace and Slack
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and dependencies simultaneously
- A proactive problem solver who enjoys bringing structure to complex operational work and pushing for clarity when information or ownership is unclear
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and coordinate effectively with internal teams, third-party logistics providers, and client partners
- Comfortable balancing speed, customer experience, operational efficiency, and business priorities while making thoughtful decisions
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
- Experience documenting processes, creating SOPs, or improving operational workflows is a plus
