Sr. Logistics and Warehouse Manager (4027)

Oversee end-to-end supply, logistics, and warehouse operations for Florida facilities, managing inventory levels, demand forecasting, and just-in-time models for raw materials and finished goods. Direct inbound and outbound activities including fleet and third-party carrier coordination, load scheduling, and DOT compliance. Maintain accurate NetSuite ERP records, verify production data, and manage vehicle maintenance schedules. Lead a team of 15–20 employees by creating schedules, conducting daily meetings, and enforcing safety, food safety, and regulatory standards such as SQF and HACCP. Monitor freight costs, ensure organic and non-GMO procedures, and drive continuous improvement across all logistics processes.
