Job Summary
Conduct daily audits of open Stock Transfer Orders to address quantity changes, push-out dates, and cancellations. Execute manual tasks for STR to STO conversions, allocation methods, and cancellation processes. Manage Segregation of Duties conflicts to ensure compliance and approve purchase requisitions for resell orders. Assist in managing increased team workload due to SOD restrictions while maintaining process integrity. This role supports operational continuity during the transition to SAP at UCT, a leader in the semiconductor industry.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- 2 years of related work experience
- Proven experience in logistics coordination, inventory management, or supply chain management
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in SAP and other logistics systems
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
- High level of responsibility and reliability
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Adaptability to change processes and systems
