Job Summary
Sr Location Manager to supervise and coordinate administrative and clinical staff at a dermatology practice. Manage all clinical, administrative, and operational functions; oversee financial processes; recruit, train, and counsel personnel; ensure quality patient care; schedule surgeries and treatments; maintain OSHA compliance. Requires minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a medical office environment (dermatology experience highly preferred) and CPR certification; familiarity with medical billing, insurance coding, EMR, and medical terminology; strong communication skills and ability to lead a team in a patient-focused environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a medical office environment
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Dermatology Office
- Current CPR certification
- Continuing education compliance
- Knowledge of medical computer programs, billing, and insurance coding
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Authorization to work in the United States
